To me it sounds like they are arguing that if you have a unlimited source of free heat, you could generate free electricity. You can run the waste steam through a plasma generated from the free electricity. It is free and clean and all other power sources are evil. Unforturately geothermal heat is not free. That is why we use other competing sources of electricity. They argue that it is more efficient in theory than electrolysis. But the real world is different than theory. I would be willing to listen to their arguments if they were not lying about how you could generate free geothermal electricity from the typical abandoned oil well
